On 13 January, the MILE team held a productive meeting with the Director of the Climate Change Department in Erbil. During the meeting, we provided updates on the progress of our Waste Management Project, funded by CCAC-UNEP, and discussed the next steps in our action plan for 2025. We also explored opportunities for future collaboration, particularly focusing on capacity building initiatives to support and empower the new staff at the Directorate of Climate Change. Together, we are committed to driving impactful change and fostering sustainable environmental practices in Iraq.
